Halos Shut Down Escobar
Pitcher Kelvim Escobar suffered a setback during his shoulder recovery program and has been shut down indefinitely.  The Angels aren't sure when Escobar could resume throwing.

Lackey Lands on the DL
Angels starter John Lackey will be out of action until at least mid-May with a strained right triceps.  Lackey finished 19-9 with a 3.01 ERA last season for Los Angeles.
