Rolen Placed on the DL
Blue Jays third baseman Scott Rolen will miss four-to-six weeks after surgery on his right middle finger.  Rolen suffered the fracture during a routine fielding drill.

Blue Jays pitcher Casey Janssen has a torn labrum and will be lost for the year.  The right-handed Janssen was expected to compete for a spot in Toronto's starting rotation.
