Pena to Miss Four Weeks
An MRI on Nationals outfielder Wily Mo Pena revealed a torn left oblique muscle.  Washington said Friday that Pena could require a month to heal.

Hill Complains Of Forearm Tightness
Nationals pitcher Shawn Hill complained of tightness in his right forearm.  An MRI proved negative and Washington is treating the injury as a tired arm.  Hill had Tommy John surgery in 2005 and surgery on his left (non-throwing) shoulder last season.
